School Sports Make More Saftey Rules to Stop Serious Injuries or Illness

In the givin article, it explains that kids and players for sports teams are being pushed to hard by parents and coaches. Many examples are givin in it to explain the dangers. There was a player on a football team (Vikings) in Minnesota, Korey Stringer, who passed away in the hospital because of heat stroke. This awakened people to think that maybe kids and players were really being pushed too hard. Is this true?
Yes, it is. But, it depends on the coach. If on was givin a coach that pushes them really hard, but really cares about their health, and how they are always doing, then they have got a good one. If their coach is that kind of coach (or parent) that pushes them so hard that they get no brakes, and always train, it's not healthy. Many coaches are full believers in a "day of rest" so-to-speak. This is good, to prevent injuries and other happenings (such as permanent damage done to the body). To all the coaches and parents that this letter applies to: rest needs to be givin to the players to be successful. Thank you.
